Job Description
Healthcare United is seeking a Physician Assistant for a full-time Adult Primary Care opportunity in Northwest Connecticut.
Build continuity with your own adult patient panel in a collaborative outpatient practice, with weekday scheduling and no call responsibilities.

Work Schedule
- Full-time weekdays, with flexible scheduling options
- Call Schedule: No call
- Support Staff / Resources: Experienced physicians, APP colleagues, and specialty referral resources
- EMR: Epic

- Build and manage a panel of adults age 18 and older in a fully outpatient Primary Care setting.
- Coordinate longitudinal care with physicians, APP colleagues, and specialty services.
- Access orientation, mentorship, and professional development within an integrated clinical network.

Requirements
- Physician Assistant training
- Unrestricted Connecticut license or eligibility
- At least two years of Primary Care or relevant outpatient experience
- Current CV required
