Description
Healthcare United is seeking a Primary Care Nurse Practitioner to join an established Family Medicine practice in southeastern Massachusetts, approximately 20 minutes from Providence, Rhode Island.
The position offers a 4-day work week consisting of approximately 36–40 hours with Thursdays off and no nights or weekends. A 2–3 day part-time schedule may also be considered.
The NP will provide comprehensive outpatient care to adult and adolescent patients, including acute care, chronic disease management, preventive medicine, health maintenance, patient education, and coordination of specialty care.
Requirements
- Certified Nurse Practitioner
- Active or eligible Massachusetts NP license
- Valid DEA certificate
- Massachusetts Controlled Substances Registration
- Primary Care or Family Medicine experience preferred
- Strong recent graduates may be considered
- Comfortable treating adult and adolescent patients
- Strong independent clinical judgment
- Portuguese fluency particularly valuable but not required
