What You'll Do

Lead Therapeutic Groups: Facilitate engaging adolescent groups using DBT, CBT, ACT, social skills, psychoeducation, mindfulness, and coping-skills interventions. Provide Clinical Support: Help adolescents build coping strategies, emotional regulation skills, and tools they can use beyond the program. Collaborate: Work alongside clinicians, psychiatrists, nurses, technicians, and other members of our multidisciplinary treatment team. Clinical Documentation: Complete timely and accurate documentation related to groups and patient care. Support the Program: Assist the clinical team with patient needs and other clinical responsibilities as appropriate. Qualifications Massachusetts LICSW, LMHC, LCSW, or Pre-Licensed MHC Master's degree in Social Work, Mental Health Counseling, or related clinical field Mental health experience required Experience with children and/or adolescents strongly preferred Strong group facilitation, communication, documentation, and clinical skills PHP, IOP, inpatient, residential, therapeutic school, school-based, or other behavioral health experience is a plus
