Key Responsibilities
The BCBA will conduct behavioral assessments, develop individualized treatment plans, and provide clinical supervision to RBTs and other staff. They will also collaborate with an interdisciplinary team to provide comprehensive care and support to children with developmental disabilities.
Requirements
Candidates must hold a Master's degree in a relevant field and possess a current Texas Licensed Behavior Analyst (LBA) license. Certification as a Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) through the BACB is required, with two years of experience preferred.
