Key Responsibilities
The BCBA will conduct functional behavior assessments, develop individualized treatment plans, and provide clinical supervision to RBTs and other staff. They will also collaborate with a multidisciplinary team to provide comprehensive care and educate families on effective behavioral strategies.
Requirements
Candidates must hold a Master's degree in a relevant field and possess current BCBA certification and Texas LBA licensure. At least two years of experience in the field is preferred, along with strong leadership and organizational skills.
