The Opportunity: Flexibility & Autonomy

Step into a fast-paced, outpatient environment where you have the freedom to manage your own patient panel within a highly collaborative group.

• The "Dream" Schedule: Work just three 12-hour shifts per week, providing you with four days off to explore the Cascades.

• Clinical Scope: Full-time outpatient care with a volume of approximately 30 patients per day.

• Skill Set: While no specific procedures are mandated, we value candidates comfortable with "UC basics" like suturing, casting, splinting, and minor procedures (e. g., toenail removal).

• Academic Growth: Opportunities for academic involvement are available for those interested in teaching or professional development.

Qualifications

• Experience: Minimum of 2 years of experience in an Urgent Care or ED FastTrack setting is required.

• Confidence: Must be comfortable working independently and seeing a diverse patient panel.

• New Grads: We are open to discussing this role with high-achieving new graduates who have a strong background in emergency or urgent care.
