here. Sky Lakes Medical Center is seeking full-time Primary Care Nurse
Practitioners and Physician Assistants to join a collaborative, rapidly
expanding outpatient team. Practicing right on our main medical campus, you
will enjoy a sustainable four-day clinic schedule, generous patient visit times,
1:1 clinical support, and genuine autonomy backed by a collegial medical
network.

The Opportunity: Sustainable Pace & Collaborative Outpatient Care

* Optimal Work-Life Schedule: Most providers work a 4-day work week with 1
dedicated administrative day (clinic open Monday–Friday, 8:00 AM – 5:00 PM;
strictly outpatient care).

* Balanced Patient Pacing: Average of 16–18 patients per day. Default visit
times are generously set at 40 minutes for new patients and 20–40 minutes for
returning patients depending on provider preference.

* Dedicated Support: True 1:1 clinical support staff paired with each provider
to keep daily flow seamless and charting manageable.

* Growing Team Culture: Join an established, growing group of 16 APPs within
our primary care pavilion located directly across the parking lot from the
main medical center.

* Minimal, Low-Stress Call: Phone-only triage call shared across a large 1:27
pool (~2 times per year, post-residency APPs only). The call schedule is
published 6 months in advance with high peer flexibility, averaging 0 to 1
routine lab/SNF calls per night.

* No Mandatory Procedures: No surgical or in-office procedure requirements.

Premier Compensation & Incentives

* Base Salary: $135,000 – $160,000 annual base salary (dependent on
experience).

* Annual Raises: Predictable 2% to 5% annual salary increases.

* Sign-On Incentive: $30,000 sign-on bonus distributed over 3 years.

* Annual Performance Bonus: $15,000 annual bonus structure plus potential
volume bonus.

* Loan Repayment: Eligible for state/federal State Loan Repayment Program
(SLRP) funding.

* CME Allowance: $3,000 annual CME funding plus 5 dedicated paid CME days off
per fiscal year.

* Relocation & Benefits: Comprehensive relocation assistance and a standard
health, dental, vision, and retirement benefits package.

* No RVU Pressure: Practice without RVU tracking or production churn.

Qualifications

* Credentials: Master’s degree or higher; certified Nurse Practitioner
(FNP/AGNP) or Physician Assistant (PA-C); eligible for or holding an active,
unrestricted Oregon license.

* Experience Level: Open to both experienced providers and motivated new
graduates. Candidates with prior experience in Urgent Care or Emergency
Department FastTrack are strongly encouraged to apply.

* Visa Sponsorship: J-1 and H-1B visa sponsorships are not accepted for this
