Duties & Responsibilities
- Provide 24-hour call coverage for trauma center urology cases
- Perform urologic surgeries including advanced endoscopic, laparoscopic, and open procedures
- Manage adult and pediatric urology patients in inpatient and outpatient settings
- Round-on hospitalized patients and provide consultations
- Collaborate with trauma team and other specialists for comprehensive patient care
Key Responsibilities
Provide 24-hour call coverage for a trauma center and perform a wide range of urologic surgeries. Manage both adult and pediatric patients in inpatient and outpatient settings while collaborating with the trauma team.
Requirements
Candidates must be Board Certified or Board Eligible and hold a valid medical license in Indiana or IMLC. Required certifications include BLS and ATLS, with fellowship training expected for this specialized role.
