About the Role
Join Empath Health as a Clinical Pharmacist in United States. Trustbridge Hospice, a member of Empath Health, is seeking an organized and flexible Clinical Pharmacist to join our team in West Palm Beach. This position is onsite.
Key Responsibilities
- All concerns, issues, or questions are clarified with the individual prescriber before dispensing the medication and assessments and interventions are documented.
- Serves as a pharmacological resource, providing in services and education
- Oversees the work of the pharmacy technicians and pharmacist interns to assure compliance with policy and procedures and accuracy of work performed as required by Florida law
