About the Role

Join Empath Health as a Clinical Pharmacist in United States. Trustbridge Hospice, a member of Empath Health, is seeking an organized and flexible Clinical Pharmacist to join our team in West Palm Beach. This position is onsite.

Key Responsibilities

All concerns, issues, or questions are clarified with the individual prescriber before dispensing the medication and assessments and interventions are documented.

Serves as a pharmacological resource, providing in services and education

Oversees the work of the pharmacy technicians and pharmacist interns to assure compliance with policy and procedures and accuracy of work performed as required by Florida law

Requirements

Candidates must be a Registered Pharmacist in the State of Florida. One year of experience in institutional pharmacy practice and a Consultant Pharmacist license are preferred.
