About the Role

Join Life's WORC as a Community Habilitation Counselor – Part-Time in United States. You must have a valid NY State or out of state driver's license and a HS diploma/GED to be considered for this position. You must have your own vehicle for transporting the person supported when necessary.

Participation in the training and supervision if the individual while incorporating the use of community resources..

going communication with the Community Habilitation Coordinator and attend scheduled meetings for discussions when necessary.
