About the Role

Join University of Wisconsin–Madison as a Weekend Personal Care Worker for UW Counselor w/ Disability in United States. Anticipated Hours Per Week 12 Schedule: Start and end times flexible. Additional hours often available.

Key Responsibilities

  • close to State Street and the Capitol. Duties:
  • Provide assistance with personal cares, such as dressing, showering, toileting, transfer to and from wheelchair, meal prep, laundry, housekeeping, etc.
  • Some lifting is required. Other:
  • Each shift will usually present you with a fair amount of downtime/personal time.

Requirements

  • You must have a valid driver's license
  • but you do not need a vehicle.
  • You must pass a criminal background check.
  • CNA/Caregiving experience NOT REQUIRED.

Benefits & Compensation

  • Hourly rate: $19.34/hr.

Work Schedule

  • Full-time position.
  • Night or evening shifts may be required.
