Key Responsibilities
The Clinical Nurse Educator facilitates clinical and non-clinical education, professional development, and orientation for nursing staff to ensure high-quality patient care. They collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to develop policies, incorporate evidence-based practice, and provide ongoing clinical support and competency verification.
Requirements
Candidates must hold a current Kentucky RN license and a BSN from an accredited nursing program. A minimum of three years of acute care experience in the designated specialty within the last five years is required.
