Behavioral Health Associate- Full Time- Night Shift

Key Responsibilities

The Behavioral Health Associate monitors patient behavior and provides continuous care in a safe, structured environment under the supervision of a nurse. They assist with daily living activities, facilitate therapeutic groups, and respond to crisis situations or medical emergencies.

Requirements

A high school diploma or equivalent is required for this role. Candidates should have experience working with psychiatric populations and possess or be willing to obtain CPR and de-escalation certifications.
