The Occupational Therapist will perform home visits to evaluate patient functional status and develop individualized intervention plans. They will also educate patients and families on rehabilitative care while maintaining accurate documentation of services provided.
Candidates must hold a current Virginia Occupational Therapist license and have at least one year of recent work experience. Graduation from an accredited occupational therapy program is required, and prior home care experience is preferred.
