Key Responsibilities
The Behavior Analyst will partner with multidisciplinary teams to conduct functional behavioral assessments and develop individualized behavior support plans for patients. They will also provide coaching and training to staff and caregivers to ensure effective implementation of behavioral strategies.
Requirements
A Master's degree in behavior analysis or a related field is required, along with a Board-Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) certification. Candidates should have at least two years of experience in behavior analysis or a related field.
