The Behavior Analyst will develop, coordinate, and implement behavioral assessments and support plans for clients in residential and community settings. They are also responsible for training residential staff and caregivers on evidence-based behavioral interventions and data collection systems.
Candidates must hold a Master's degree in a relevant field and possess a Board-Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) certification. A minimum of two years of experience in behavior analysis or a related field is required.
