The BCBA will conduct functional behavior assessments and design evidence-based behavior intervention plans tailored to classroom dynamics. They will also provide direct supervision and coaching to RBTs and school staff while collaborating with multidisciplinary educational teams.
Candidates must hold an active Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) certification in good standing. A minimum of one year of experience is preferred, along with the ability to pass a Level 2 background check and school district clearance protocols.
