Who We Are
At Gold Vine ABA, we believe in being the place “Where Every Family’s Journey Takes Root.” We are a family-owned, BCBA-led organization providing high-quality, compassionate care to children ages 2–14.
In an industry currently dominated by massive private-equity groups stretching clinicians thin, we do things differently. Because we are clinician-led, we measure our success by the clinical outcomes of our students and the career fulfillment of our team—not by volume metrics or corporate overhead.
Why Practicing with Gold Vine Is Different
As a part-time BCaBA, finding a role that respects your boundaries while still providing high-quality clinical support can be tough. Massive agencies often treat part-time staff as an afterthought. At Gold Vine, you are an essential part of our clinical family:
Predictable Schedule, No Evenings or Weekends: Enjoy consistent, part-time daytime hours that wrap up when the school bell rings. You will never be asked to work late evenings, weekends, or major holidays.
Year-Round Income Options: Even with a part-time schedule, school calendar breaks can disrupt your budget. We solve this by offering continuous part-time hours during summer breaks to keep your income predictable, if desired.
One Localized Area: You will be assigned to a a few schools within a localized area.
Elevated BCaBA Mentorship: You will work directly with our BCBA and Owner, gaining deep clinical development, advanced behavioral assessment training, and real professional mentorship.
What You’ll Do
As a School-Based BCaBA, you will serve as the on-site clinical lead during your scheduled hours, bridging the gap between behavior analysis and the educational environment.
Conduct functional behavioral assessments (FBAs) and behavioral intakes within elementary school settings under BCBA oversight.
Develop, monitor, and refine individualized behavior intervention plans (BIPs) tailored to classroom success.
Provide direct, on-site supervision, behavior skills training (BST), and clinical support to school-based RBTs.
Run direct therapy sessions, focus on school-based social skills development, and provide collaborative consultation to classroom teachers and school staff.
Monitor student progress through strict data review, graphs, and timely treatment plan updates.
Maintain absolute compliance with BACB guidelines, school district standards, and ethical behavior practices.
