The Registered Behavior Technician will implement skill acquisition and behavior reduction procedures as outlined in the treatment plan. They are also responsible for collecting behavior data and maintaining supportive, therapeutic relationships with clients and their families.
Candidates must hold or be willing to pursue a Registered Behavior Technician (RBT) credential. One year of experience working with individuals with developmental or intellectual disabilities and a valid CPR/BLS certification are preferred.
