Requirements

• Master's degree in Occupational Therapy or Doctor of Occupational Therapy (OTD): Required; only if obtained license on or after January 2007; or foreign equivalent. Licenses/Certifications:

• Occupational Therapy licensure in all applicable states of practice: Required

• Cardiopulmonary Resuscitation (CPR) certification or Basic Life Support (BLS) certification from approved vendor per AH policy: Required

• Valid Driver's License (DL) and must be at least 21 years of age or older: Required Essential Functions:

• Salary: $82,846 - $124,176/year

• PSLF eligible (Public Service Loan Forgiveness).
