About the Role

We are seeking an experienced Aesthetic Nurse Practitioner Injector to join our growing aesthetics team. This role is ideal for a licensed Nurse Practitioner with hands-on injectable experience, strong consultation skills, and a passion for delivering natural-looking, confidence-building results.

The Aesthetic NP Injector will provide high-quality injectable treatments, educate patients on aesthetic options, and create personalized treatment plans that support each patient’s goals. The ideal candidate is clinically confident, professional, relationship-driven, and committed to providing an elevated patient experience.

Compensation

This position offers competitive compensation of $55–$60 per hour, based on experience, plus bonus and performance incentives.

Schedule

This role is expected to work 32–40 hours per week with flexible scheduling based on business and patient needs.

What You'll Do

  • Perform aesthetic injectable treatments, including neurotoxins and dermal fillers.
  • Conduct patient consultations and develop personalized treatment plans.
  • Educate patients on treatment options, expected outcomes, aftercare, and maintenance plans.
  • Build strong, trusted patient relationships through professionalism, follow-up, and patient-centered care.
  • Support patient retention, rebooking, and long-term treatment planning.
  • Maintain accurate documentation and follow all clinical, safety, and compliance standards.
  • Partner with the practice team to deliver a polished, welcoming, and high-quality patient experience.
  • Stay current on injectable techniques, aesthetic trends, product knowledge, and best practices.

Qualifications

  • Licensed Nurse Practitioner in Oregon, in good standing
  • Prior hands-on experience performing aesthetic injectables strongly preferred.
  • Experience with neurotoxins and dermal fillers.
  • Strong consultation, patient education, and treatment-planning skills.
  • Professional, warm, and confident bedside manner.
  • Strong attention to detail and commitment to patient safety.
  • Team-oriented mindset and excellent communication skills.
  • Passion for aesthetics, patient experience, and natural-looking outcomes

Clinical Competencies

  • Ability to safely administer injectable treatments in accordance with Oregon regulations and clinical protocols
  • Knowledge of infection prevention, aseptic technique, and sharps safety
  • Ability to recognize and respond to adverse events and complications associated with aesthetic treatments
  • Compliance & Documentation
  • Ability to maintain accurate and timely patient documentation
  • Adherence to HIPAA, OSHA, and company compliance standards
  • Commitment to patient safety, informed consent, and ethical clinical practice
  • Physical Requirements
  • Ability to perform repetitive fine motor movements with hands and fingers
  • Ability to safely handle needles, sharps, and medical supplies
  • Ability to bend, reach, push, pull, and lift standard medical aesthetic equipment and inventory
  • Training & Travel
  • Occasional travel for training and professional development
