Music Therapist

Join Point Quest Group as a Music Therapist in Corpus Christi, Texas. $40-$50/hr. | Full-Time | Corpus Christi, TX | School-Based | MT-BC Certification Required About the Role: Provide music therapy services to students with disabilities in K-12 school settings.

Key Responsibilities

• Conduct formalized and functional assessments to determine eligibility and baseline functioning.

• Develop and implement individualized music therapy treatment plans aligned with IEP goals.

• Provide direct music therapy services targeting communication, social-emotional, behavioral, cognitive, and/or motor skills.

• Complete and maintain compliant IEPs; participate in annual and triennial reviews.

Requirements

• Board Certification in Music Therapy (MT-BC) from the Certification Board for Music Therapists (CBMT)

• Bachelor's degree or higher in Music Therapy from an AMTA-approved program, or equivalent coursework

• DOJ/FBI Live Scan background clearance

• Strong organizational and interpersonal skills
