Key Responsibilities

The Occupational Therapist evaluates patients to develop and implement individualized plans of care in a home health setting. They also provide clinical direction to support staff and ensure quality care through ongoing assessments and physician coordination.

Requirements

Candidates must be graduates of an accredited Occupational Therapy program with a current, unrestricted state license. A minimum of one year of clinical experience and a valid driver's license with a dependable vehicle are required.
