• Salary: $115,000–$120,000/year
• Schedule: Monday–Friday, 9:00 AM–5:00 PM

Summary

This position is for a Licensed Mental Health Therapist (LMFT or LPC) providing telehealth therapy to clients across Louisiana. You’ll focus on therapy sessions, client goal-setting, and clean documentation—so care is effective, trackable, and consistent from week to week.

Responsibilities

• Deliver scheduled teletherapy sessions using a secure platform
• Create treatment plans that reflect client goals and clinical needs
• Keep documentation accurate and completed on time (notes, plans, updates)
• Support clients with common concerns such as anxiety, depression, stress, grief, and relationship challenges
• Refer out for additional services when clinically appropriate
• Follow compliance standards, privacy regulations, and ethical guidelines
• Active Louisiana LMFT or LPC license (in good standing)
• Master’s degree in a behavioral health field aligned with licensure
• Experience providing psychotherapy to individuals and/or families
• Strong organization skills and dependable follow-through on notes
• Ability to work remote with a private, professional environment
