Key Responsibilities

The Physical Therapist is responsible for conducting patient evaluations, assessments, and treatments according to individualized care plans. They must also ensure all clinical documentation is accurate and completed in a timely manner while adhering to facility policies.

Requirements

Candidates must hold a valid professional license in the state of practice and be a graduate of a CAPTE-accredited school. Foreign-trained applicants must have their education deemed equivalent to U.S. entry-level standards by an APTA-approved organization.
