Key Responsibilities
The Physical Therapist will evaluate patients to develop and implement personalized treatment plans aimed at restoring function and preventing disability. They are also responsible for maintaining accurate medical records and fostering professional relationships with patients and referring physicians.
Requirements
Candidates must hold a Bachelor's, Master's, or Doctorate degree from an accredited Physical Therapy program. A current State of Illinois Physical Therapy license and CPR certification are required.
