Join Mission Healthcare as a Home Health Physical Therapist – M-F, No Weekends in Portland, Oregon, United States. Mission Healthcare, located in seven states, is the largest home health and hospice company in the western United States. We have a critical mission—to take care of our people.

Work Schedule
- Full-Time position.
- Hybrid position - combination of remote and on-site.

Key Responsibilities
Evaluate and assess patients' physical conditions to develop and implement individualized treatment plans. Collaborate with an interdisciplinary team to provide holistic care while educating patients and caregivers on safety and self-care.
Requirements
Requires an active Physical Therapist license and a Master's or Doctorate degree in Physical Therapy. Candidates must have at least one year of experience, a valid driver's license, and current BLS/CPR certification.
