Key Responsibilities

The Physical Therapist will conduct patient evaluations, develop individualized treatment plans, and provide therapeutic exercises and functional training. They will also collaborate with interdisciplinary care teams and ensure accurate, timely documentation and billing.

Requirements

Candidates must be licensed in Louisiana or a graduate of an approved Physical Therapy program, specifically from a CAPTE accredited institution. Experience in post-acute care or a similar healthcare environment is preferred.
