Obtain psychosocial histories by interviewing individuals, families, significant others, and former service providers

Participate in the development, review, and updating of individualized treatment plans

Requirements

master’s degree in social work required 2. Experience

Experience working with the population served by the clinic/program strongly preferred Certifications / Licenses

Licensed by New York State as a Licensed Master Social Worker (LMSW) or Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW)

Current, valid NYS registration certificate
