LTAC hospital pharmacist. FT Days. No nights. Compound and dispense for post-ICU patients. Must enter 40 orders per 4-hour shift. BCLS required. Broken Arrow, OK. Day shift only.

Cornerstone Specialty Hospitals Broken Arrow, located on the 3rd floor of Ascension St. John is a long-term acute care (LTAC) hospital specializing in the treatment of patients recovering from post-intensive care and medically complex conditions.
Key Responsibilities
- Participates in the maintenance and dissemination of drug information through in-service education of hospital personnel, consultation with patients, hospital and medical staff.
- Actively assists other Pharmacists and Technicians in the discharge of routine duties as necessary. Directs activities of and provides professional and technical guidance to Pharmacy personnel.
- Exercises professional judgment in imparting therapeutic and drug information to patients and health professionals.
- Is competent in the range of treatment needed by the following patients as appropriate to the ages served by the hospital: Adult and Geriatric.
Requirements
- Pharmacokinetics Dosing Service: Ensures Apriority dosing is appropriate.
- Interprets levels appropriately.
- Modifies doses appropriately.
Work Schedule
- Full-Time position.
- Call responsibilities required.

Licensure & Certifications
Candidates must be a graduate of an accredited School of Pharmacy with a valid state license and BCLS certification. A minimum of three months of pharmacy experience and knowledge of OSHA, JCAHO, and HCFA guidelines are required.
