Provide hands-on, play-based behavioral therapy to young children with autism in home, preschool, and community settings. Implement individualized care plans and collaborate with BCBAs and families to support communication and social engagement goals.
Candidates must be able to obtain RBT certification within 120 days and pass required background checks. A bachelor's degree in psychology, ABA, or education is strongly preferred, along with the physical ability to engage in active play.
