Key Responsibilities
Lead the development and optimization of sterile and non-sterile compounded formulations while overseeing quality assurance and control. Manage production calendars and coordinate with third-party laboratories for stability and potency testing.
Licensure & Certifications
Requires an active Pharmacist license and strong expertise in USP <795>, <797>, and <800> standards. Preferred candidates have 3-5 years of compounding experience and a background in formulation research and development.
