Job DetailsJob Location: Main Location - Swarthmore, PA 19081Position Type: ContractorJob Shift: DaySUMMARY: CADES Infant Toddler Program offers a variety of family-centered services. Our therapists and teachers work with families directly in their homes and community settings.

Key Responsibilities

AND RESPONSIBILITIES Provide in-home, related services and therapies for families on their caseload according to the child’s Individualized Family Service Plan (IFSP).

Adhere to the coaching model to work collaboratively to support and foster the growth and development of children birth to 3.

Provides a range of services including developmental and instructional therapies, family support and parent education.

Provides effective intervention strategies in the child’s everyday routines and learning opportunities.

Requirements

Valid licensure in the Commonwealth of Pennsylvania for area of practice: Occupational Therapy – Masters Degree 24 hours of annual Early Intervention Training.

Must be working towards endorsement for coaching through the EITA Learning Path.

Provide services within the natural environment of the family (home, community) Valid Pennsylvania Driver’s License Professional Liability Insurance Pediatric experience preferred.

Work Schedule

Contract position.

Day shift only - no nights.

Flexible scheduling available.

This position offers day shifts only. Work with CADES in United States.
