Key Responsibilities

The Occupational Therapist will conduct functional assessments, develop individualized treatment plans, and provide direct therapeutic interventions to support daily living skills and emotional regulation. They will also collaborate with the multidisciplinary team to modify the residential environment and ensure compliance with state licensing and insurance standards.

Requirements

Candidates must hold a Master’s degree in Occupational Therapy and a current license from the Arizona Board of Occupational Therapy Examiners. A valid Arizona Fingerprint Clearance Card, CPR/First Aid certification, and a clean driving record are also required.
