• Regional Director (Physical Therapist License)
• Ivy Rehab Physical Therapy
• Roanoke and Charlottesville, VA Markets (Remote with Travel to Clinics Required)

Compensation

• $120,000 to $145,000 per year (based on number of clinics supported, experience, etc.)
• This position is also eligible for: Regional Director bonus

Position Qualifications

• Graduate of an accredited Physical Therapy program required.
• Current licensure as a Physical Therapist within the respective state required.
• 5+ years of proven dedication and leadership experience in a multi-site outpatient care setting.
• Passion for leadership, mentoring others, and fostering success.
• Strong desire for continuous learning and professional growth.
• Dedication to exceptional patient outcomes and quality of care.
