PRN Occupational Therapist

Key Responsibilities

This role involves delivering appropriate occupational therapy evaluation and treatment to PACE participants across acute, restorative, or maintenance levels as required. Key duties include serving as a required member of the Interdisciplinary Team, performing timely assessments, updating care plans, and training family members and caregivers.

Requirements

Candidates must be graduates of an accredited occupational therapy program and possess excellent written and verbal communication skills for effective interaction with customers. Required qualifications also include passing pre-employment screenings, holding a current driver's license with compliant driving record, and maintaining current automobile insurance.
