The Behavior Analyst will lead and support Behavior Technicians to ensure effective implementation of treatment plans and fidelity. They will also conduct Functional Behavior Assessments (FBAs) and develop innovative ABA programs to support client progress and parent education.
Candidates must hold an active Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) certification from the BACB. Additionally, an active Licensed Behavior Analyst (LBA) certification in the state of New York is required.
