Job Description

Responsibilities
- Perform comprehensive pediatric evaluations and develop individualized, family-centered treatment plans
- Deliver hands-on, play-based treatment to support each child’s mobility, motor development, and participation in daily life
- Track progress using objective outcome measures and adjust care plans accordingly
- Educate parents and caregivers with home exercise programs and strategies to support progress between sessions
- Collaborate with occupational therapists and the care team to deliver coordinated pediatric care
Qualifications
Licensed Physical Therapist, or eligible for NC licensure
Open to both new graduates and experienced clinicians
CPR and First Aid Certification Required
Passion for evidence-based, patient centered care.
About
Compensation: $80,000/yr + productivity incentives, with additional compensation opportunities for certifications. Benefits include generous paid time off, medical, dental, vision, disability, and 401(K) with a 4% employer match.
