Key Responsibilities

• As a Licensed Social Worker, you will treat a wide variety of mental health conditions that reflect the needs of our diverse patient population.

• Provide services, treatment, and/or therapy to individuals, couples, and families; the majority of sessions will be onsite / in person.

• Assess and evaluate for mental health conditions.

• Develop, review, and implement comprehensive treatment plans.

Requirements

• Master’s degree in Social Work.

• Active and unrestricted Licensed Social Worker (LSW) in the state of Ohio OR the ability to obtain license within 90 days of employment.

• Ability to work on-site at our Toledo, OH office.

• Experience with any of the following: couples or family counseling, children or adolescents, and/or health psychology.

Benefits & Compensation

• Salary: $52,000 - $78,100/year

Work Schedule

• Full-Time position.

• Hybrid position - combination of remote and on-site.
