Responsibilities

St. Mary Nazareth Cardiology Clinic in Chicago, Illinois, is actively seeking a highly motivated and skilled Advanced Practice Provider (Physician Assistant (PA-C) or Advanced Practice Nurse (APN) to join our dynamic Cardiology team. The ideal candidate will have a passion for cardiovascular health and work closely with cardiologists to deliver high-quality patient care in both outpatient and inpatient settings.

Spanish speaking preferred- 75% Spanish speaking population
