We are seeking a compassionate and skilled Radiation Therapist to join our outstanding Radiation Oncology team in Provo, Utah. What You'll Do
As a Radiation Therapist, you will be an integral member of the oncology care team, responsible for delivering safe, accurate, and compassionate radiation therapy treatments.
Key Responsibilities
- Deliver prescribed radiation therapy treatments accurately and safely
- Educate patients and families regarding treatment procedures and expectations
- Prepare treatment rooms, equipment, and patients for therapy sessions
- Verify treatment parameters and maintain accurate treatment documentation
- Perform weekly electronic chart reviews and treatment record audits
- Monitor patients for treatment-related side effects and skin reactions
- Conduct tumor localization using image-guided and surface-guided technologies
- Schedule patient treatments and coordinate daily workflow
- Manage treatment supplies and maintain a clean, organized treatment environment
- Perform daily quality assurance and safety checks on treatment equipment, including the TrueBeam Linear Accelerator and CT scanner
- Support department quality and safety initiatives while maintaining compliance with established protocols
What We're Looking For
- Required Qualifications
- ARRT Certification in Radiation Therapy
- Current Utah Radiation Therapist License
- Current BLS Certification
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Commitment to patient-centered care and treatment excellence
Preferred Qualifications
- 2-3 years of Radiation Therapy experience (preferred, not required)
- Experience with Varian TrueBeam technology
- Experience using Aria Record & Verify systems
- CT Simulation experience
- Familiarity with advanced treatment modalities including IMRT, SRS, and SBRT
- Knowledge, Skills & Abilities

Requirements
Candidates must hold an ARRT certification in Radiation Therapy, a current Utah Radiation Therapist license, and BLS certification. Strong communication skills and a commitment to patient-centered care are essential for this role.
