Visiting Rehab and Nursing Services (VRNS) is seeking a compassionate and dependable Physical Therapist (PT) to join our growing home healthcare team in Yarmouth, Massachusetts.
This position offers weekends off. Work with Visiting Rehab and Nursing Services in Yarmouth, Massachusetts.
The Physical Therapist will provide skilled therapy services in patients' homes, including evaluations, treatment planning, and functional mobility training. They will also collaborate with care teams, educate patients and caregivers, and maintain accurate electronic documentation.
Candidates must hold a current Massachusetts Physical Therapist license and possess at least one year of clinical experience. Afternoon availability is required, with preference given to those with home care experience and flexible weekday or weekend availability.
