Family Partnership: Conduct regular parent training sessions, equipping caregivers with practical strategies to reinforce learning across daily routines.

Data-Driven Clinical Oversight: Continuously monitor and analyze client progress data, making timely adjustments to treatment plans to maximize outcomes.

Interdisciplinary Collaboration: Collaborate with daycare staff, educators, and allied healthcare professionals to ensure continuity of care across settings.

Compliance & Quality Assurance: Maintain thorough, timely clinical documentation and ensure compliance with BACB ethical guidelines and state regulatory standards.

Qualifications & Requirements

Experience

  • Minimum of 1–2 years of experience designing and implementing ABA programs for children with ASD preferred.
  • Technical Skills: Proficiency with electronic data collection systems and clinical management software.
  • Core Competencies: Excellent interpersonal communication, strong leadership skills, and a passionate, client-centered approach to pediatric care.
  • Clearances: Ability to pass a comprehensive background check and maintain CPR/BLS certification.

Why Join Our Team?

  • Highly competitive salary structure with performance-based bonuses and sign-on opportunities.
  • Flexible scheduling, manageable caseload caps to ensure quality of care, and generous PTO plus paid holidays.
  • Health, dental, and vision insurance options, short/long-term disability, and 401(k) retirement options.

Dedicated CEU stipends, paid BACB maintenance fees, internal mentorship, and paths for personal growth within the team!
