Palliative Care Physician - Per Diem

Key Responsibilities

The Palliative Care Physician will provide consultative services and medical evaluation as part of an interdisciplinary team to manage patient symptoms. They will also facilitate goals of care discussions and advance care planning with patients and their families.

Requirements

Candidates must hold a current New York State medical license and possess board certification or eligibility in Hospice and Palliative Medicine. At least two years of postgraduate direct patient care experience is required if fellowship training is absent.
