Occupational Therapist - Therapy in the Home

Key Responsibilities

The Occupational Therapist will evaluate patients and develop personalized care plans to improve functional independence and quality of life. They will deliver therapeutic activities and ADL training while collaborating with interdisciplinary teams to ensure continuity of care.

Requirements

Candidates must be a licensed Occupational Therapist or license eligible in the state of practice. A degree from an accredited Occupational Therapist program is required, along with an interest in geriatric rehabilitation.
