Key Responsibilities
Provide one-on-one occupational therapy to older adults in private residences and senior living communities. Perform evaluations, develop individualized care plans, and utilize telehealth to improve patient mobility and independence.
Requirements
Must hold a valid Occupational Therapy license in the state of practice and a degree from an accredited OT program. Requires current CPR certification and the physical ability to assist with patient transfers and lift up to 50 lbs.
