Key Responsibilities

The Lead Pharmacist will evaluate medication orders for appropriateness and oversee a team of pharmacy technicians to ensure efficient daily operations. They are responsible for maintaining accurate patient profiles and ensuring compliance with all federal, state, and company policies.

Requirements

Candidates must hold an active Pharmacist license in Pennsylvania and possess strong knowledge of pharmaceutical practices. At least 2 years of pharmacist experience is preferred, along with excellent leadership and organizational skills.
