About the Role
Join Family Centers as a Clinical Supervisor - LCSW or LPC in United States. Overview Family Centers offers health, education and human services to children, adults, and families living in Lower Fairfield County. Our counseling and mental health services help individuals, groups, couples and families resolve a wide range of personal and relationship issues.
Key Responsibilities
- Providing clinical supervision to assigned staff and interns in alignment with licensing board
Requirements
- Reviewing and approving documentation including assessments, treatment plans, progress notes, and discharge summaries for accuracy, timeliness, and clinical appropriateness.
- Offering consultation on complex clinical cases, including crisis intervention and mandated reporting.
- Assisting in recruitment, onboarding, training, and performance evaluation of clinical staff.
- Monitoring clinician caseloads and ensuring that staff meet productivity expectations.
