Clinical Supervisor - LCSW or LPC

Join Family Centers as a Clinical Supervisor (LCSW/LPC) – Stamford/Greenwich, CT in United States. Family Centers offers health, education and human services to children, adults, and families living in Lower Fairfield County. Our counseling and mental health services help individuals, groups, couples and families resolve a wide range of personal and relationship issues.

Key Responsibilities

• Providing clinical supervision to assigned staff and interns in alignment with licensing board requirements and agency policies.

• Reviewing and approving documentation including assessments, treatment plans, progress notes, and discharge summaries for accuracy, timeliness, and clinical appropriateness.

• Offering consultation on complex clinical cases, including crisis intervention and mandated reporting.

• Assisting in recruitment, onboarding, training, and performance evaluation of clinical staff.

Requirements

• Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW), LPC or LMFT in Connecticut, or the ability to obtain CT licensure.

• Experience working with a wide range of populations; grief counseling experience is helpful.

• Knowledge and experience with electronic health records.

• Ability to work two evenings per week.
