Oversees pharmaceutical care by designing medication therapy regimens and providing patient counseling on medication use and adverse effects. Manages the accuracy of prescriptions, ensures regulatory compliance, and mentors pharmacy students and residents.
Requires a Bachelor's or Doctorate degree in pharmacy from an ACPE-accredited school and a valid state pharmacy license. Immunization certification is required, and 1-2 years of experience or a residency is preferred.
