Social Worker LSW, 40 hours per week, 7:30AM to 4:00PM

Plans, organizes, and implements social work interventions for patients and families. Maintains contact with referring agencies and related people and acts as liaison to community resources.

Education and Training

• LSW (Licensed Social Worker) Required
• Bachelor Degree in Social Work Required

Experience

• Previous social work experience in a clinical environment required.

• Ability to communicate with all levels of hospital and non-hospital personnel.
• Strong problem solving skills.
• Prolonged standing/walking.
